Anyone know how to take a ASM-3 skimmer and make it recirculating..?

Yes, just take the pump outlet and with a uniseal feed it directly back into the skimmer body. I'm not sure if your looking for the drilling instructions or not but thats what needs to be done.

I'd swap you a recirc model for a non recirc plus a few $ if you like

Recirculating - allows all the water to enter the chamber instead of whats passing by in the sump... it is more efficient. One less pump for cost, heat and noise.

???? You will still need a second feed pump.
