Apex DDR

Having another problem with my Apex DDR’s. Anyone else have issues with them? They replaced a sensor last year for me after only 11months in use. Now both DDR’s stopped appearing on fusion. I spoke to Neptune today and they want me to send both back for repairs. They gave me a range of $25 to $55 to repair each plus shipping. Frustrating that you spend good money only to have problems. I will probably not repair them and just keep them for overpriced dosing containers. Just venting.

Search on eBay for ddr optical sensors. There’s a guy who makes them way cheaper and might be better quality than Neptunes
