I have mine hardwired with cat6, and have never had to reboot (3 years). Are you running the latest firmware (on all coponents)?
Depending on your router, your DHCP settings could be the cause. Do you have a static IP assigned?
Try rebooting and see if it helps.
From the display module->Display menu, System->Net setup->Restart.
There's also a reboot option on the Network and Misc pages in the classic dashboard.
Reboot cannot be done through APEX Fusion or the iOS or Android apps.[/QUOT
I have had this Apex about a year but used the Classic and not Fusion because of connection problems I know how to reboot with both but the only one I can use on my Florida vacation is Fusion and I guess I can't Reboot that from a remote location is this true????? I would continue to use Classic if I could access it from Florida but its not possible is it????? I would like to update software to the latest but reading the instructions I'm lost. I really need to fix this before my March vacation because the chance of Fusion keeping it's connection for two weeks is about zero. I will try Apex service but they have been little help in the past and my computer skills are poor at best I get quickly lost.

You should be able to access remotely with Classic. That is what everyone did prior to Fusion being introduced. The directions can be found
here starting on page 30, 35, and 38.
As far as updating the software, chapter 12 of the link above should help you through.
When all else fails, the
Neptune Systems Forum is a great resource.
