The original "next 7 days" was extended to tonight, 5/18 at midnight.

For the next 7 days we will guarantee that anyone that registers will be able to come (meaning that if necessary we will book an additional bus). If you register after 7 days, availability for you will be dependent upon whether we reach a certain participation level (meaning we will fill a second bus). Depending upon participation levels we may cut off registration at a certain point, we will post that information here on the BRS site. Once you register for the event it is non-refunable, but you can get someone else to take your spot on the bus (if you’re registered as a member, only a member may take your spot). If for some reason we cannot get enough people for your bus sending a check and want the early registration cost, you need to have your

It depends. We have some options available to us, but the promise was that EVERYONE that registers by tonight at midnight will get a seat. After that we cannot promise, but we will have a good idea by tomorrow when we can tally up how many people have already registered. We don't want to end up with a second bus with 5 people in it.

Okay, confirmations have been sent out to all those that I believe we have received payment for. We have 30 confirmed paid. We have 5 that said they paid and we are trying to find their $.

There are many more that are planning to drive down on their own.
