Hello, I am looking to rehome an Australian Stripey. It’s done its job and helped in my battle vs aiptasia. They are reef safe with caution so they can definitely end up nipping at LPS. I’m not going to risk it. So just a fair warning to everyone. Perfect for SPS or FOWLR setups.

I got it the size of a dime maybe. It’s definitely a voracious eater from mysis to flakes/pellets. Cool fish that darts around, always lively.

I am asking for $200 and pick up only in Chelmsford MA.

Nice utilitarian fish, Ibe had one for about two weeks now and it's decimating my aptasia. GLWS

Danggggg I got so much Aiptasia I need to get rid of. But I got LPS I love. What to do…..
It’s a risk to take on the stripey so best case scenario is for FOWLR and SPS tanks. It definitely helped me fight off aiptasia. Awesome fish too but I just don’t need it anymore after it’s done its job. Going to add other fish instead. At the tail end of my fight with aptasia I tried berghia Nudibranchs and I know for sure they’re reef safe and get it done. It’s a longer process, but it works as long as you acclimate them correctly and do not have predators that hunt them.

I’ve tried manual with mojano wand, aptasia x, F aptasia, joes juice. Had a file fish and CBB. 10 peppermint shrimps. Tried berghia Nudibranchs twice but they got eaten. So 3rd time for Berghia I put them in a separate tank and left aptasia covered rocks in there. I thought it failed and they died off but one day it was cleaned out after a month. They lay eggs and breed also. So I have extra berghia I been selling cheap to recuperate some money back after all I spent on fighting aptasia. This also helps other reefers too to buy it cheaper than online.

Whatever you decide bro, good luck. I struggled with it for 2 years.
