Before and after tank pics

75G with dual 175 MH, and two 90W actinic tubes... ugly as sin sump-fugium (old wet/dry) with a Mag9, EuroReef ES 5-3, with macro, LR, mangroves and PC's for lighting. Most of my corals are gifts/trades. I've got 6 clams in there too... That picture was months ago...the corals are about an inch and a half taller now.

My wife calls it my "mistress" ;)

Nice job David!

Thanks Bud!

I've got, Gumhead, You, Moe, Joe and plenty others who deserve the real thanks. Three years ago, I was content with cichlids and you collectively dragged me into the salt. Everything I learned, I learned from BRS, Anthony C., Fenner, Borneman and others who take the time to show the way. Who figured, a CJ degree, a job in the same field, and because of Randy Holmes Farle and the obvious need to keep up with "good husbandry", I learned chem 101!? Finally, you could all peer into my tank and see bits and pieces of your own. The swaps, acutions, sales..whatever built that reef :) It's not mine, I'm just keepin it up for y'all! :)

big difference since BRS and RAG but have no previous pics from before RAG ( probably be too embarassed to show them anyway )
also notice the photo quality is alittle better also :)

skyedolphan that look very nice! Makes me want to redo my rocks :)

thank you Ray:)
but the real good job goes to Lam he did the rock work I just had to agree and promise not to touch it when he was done LOL worked on the tank about 7 hours that day between removing fish, rock, water and corals then repositioning took about 3 hours in itself and another day to get the rest of the zoos out of the nano..and into the main then a week to acclimate the dwarfs to the salinity of the fuge 3 weeks later and everyone seems very happy including myself with only 1 tank to worry about rather than the 3 :)

Dawn (or Lam), what methods did you use to get your rocks positioned that way? They can't be just "stacked". Just inquisitive about the nice aquascaping!
