Best way to cut flexible pvc?

My new pipe cutter makes nice square cuts on hard pvc but makes a spiral mess out of a flexible pvc cut.

Utility knife or fine hacksaw in a miter box?

It's not the easyist way in the world, but I just use a new clean razor blade. If you bend the tubing right it cuts though pretty easily.

I would have to agree with Yaktop, I have never had a problem cutting flexible PVC with my PVC cutter.

Depending on how many cuts I'm making, My first choice is my chop saw with an 80 tooth carbide. (perfectly square and clean every time) For a second choice (or on a tight space etc..) about any hand saw followed by a utility knife (with fresh blade) to clean up the cut.
Like so anything in this hobby, there are so many ways to get good results and alot depend on recourses available and individual skill level and preference.
