The shiny silver stuff (see HD link above) is not the same as the black. The silver stuff flakes off and IIRC there are some concerns about how safe it is or is not.

Must only be certain HD as I know I saw it at the one in Seabrook, NH. I have this thing that if someone is looking for something and I happen to see it I take it in mentally as if I am their personal shopper. I have seen this topic come up a couple of times on the forum, so when I was waking past it I took a mental snap shot. I was mistaken though it was silver in color, but it looked smoked or blackish.
