Me and my father had gotten a blue throated trigger for our 120. Is there anything we should know regarding or pertaining to this fish. This fish will be in our coral reef tank.
Any help is appreciated.
This is the setup for this fishes habitat. Should I worry about my structure for him( the trigger)? Pics are bad. I know. iPad s suck for this.
Yes they do, but I have only witnessed it twice. First they spend the entire day obsessively cleaning the area by moving any rock or debris. The female goes back and forth for hours puffing and blowing on the sand. The male changes color where his head turns whiter and the blue on his throat gets bluer. Then without notice they dive into the sand in a frenzy and it's over in about 5 seconds. The eggs are all over the sand.Do they actually breed. considering they have a breeding site?
