Brown eggs floating all throughout my tank?

I don't know how hard they would be to raise, but I know that BTAs have successfully spawned in an aquarium before. Don't know if anyone has ever been able to raise the babies, but it sure would be interesting to try

Last update hopefully. As of this morning, water is 100% clear again with no smell whatsoever.

More importantly, my 4-line looks completely normal again. He is swimming all over, breathing normal and eating!

I wonder if it is possible to crossbreed a RBTA and a GBTA. My GBTA is positively male.lol
If it ever happens again I would love to get some of the eggs from you!! If it is possible the offspring shall be named Boston Reefer Bubble Tips...LOL

Haha I like it. The only thing is that the eggs pretty much vaporised after 24 hours. Plus if it did it again, I'd probably throw it out the window!

I feel your pain. My gbta spawned Saturday. The water was quite milky. So cool to see though.

It was definitely cool to see a (supposedly) rare event occur in my tank. The panic that ensued was not so cool haha. Imagine the cloudiness you witnessed in the 100+ gallons of water you have occuring in 29 gallons! ::
