bubble tip anemones

just a few questions
1st what does it look like when a bubble tip anemone expells waste?
2nd what does it mean when my bubble tip anemone almost goes inside out and brown string like waste is coming out of it?
3rd is this normal?
i have seen it go from 12" tall and 8" across to this hack-e-sack looking thing, weird my water numbers are all in check.

Its all normal, just pooping. Assuming it has good color and otherwise looks healthy.

I would assume its gathering food from the water

the color is fine, just kinda deflated

They occasionally need to expel waste after a meal, and do an internal water-change from time to time. I don't think it's anything to worry about unless your anemone is doing this sort of thing frequently.

What are you feeding it, and how often?

It is expelling water when it deflates. How long has it been deflated?

Mine delates from time to time too. Never seem to be on any schedule, but usually never more then once or twice a month, and never stays delated for more than a few hours. It does have some yucky looking stringy poop.
