Buliding a stand for a 210

Flip the Tees you have installed on your bulkheads so they drain properly.

Not really sure about dursos with strainers. The way the durso works you need to run the water level in the middle of the Tee. I am not sure how it would work if the water level was a few inches higher? Plus you will not have any surface skimming to speak of.

I use a mag 1800 in sump and it supplies water to my tank, refugium, frag tank and denitrator and cal reactor with no problem
figure out what you want the pump todo then figure how much gph you need to do it then shop around for a pump that will do that

Is no surface skimming a bad thing?
As far as the tee you mean spin it 90 degrees?
Or should I just take the tees out?

you have the Tee upside down
IMO/E surface skimming is important

I would but that is just me.

Thanks for the advice.
Oh and good eye.

Thats what you mean right?

Just 1 suggestion, IMO don't take a chance with the bulk head seals. You might want to put a small amount of silicone on these I had a couple leak and it's better safe than sorry.

Agree with the surface skimming comment. If you don't have some means of withdrawing water form the air/water interface you will get a buildup of dust, slime, proteins, etc. and it will reduce light penetration into the tank as well as being aesthetically unpleasing.

Thanks for the advice guys. I have been so buisy with catch up at IRA.

Job, Tank, Job, Man wish I was rich....LOL

Ill have a few days off next month. Hope I can get the time to fill this tank.

Dart and the 4 way will be here soon.
I still dont know what pump I should use for the return.
Any thoughts on a pump?

There are 2 1.5 bulkheads for the drains and 5ft from the top of the tank and to the bottom of the sump.

I'm about 2 months too late, but I had built one with your original specifications - 4x4 PT's with 2x4 PT's
