whats better for a ca test, Elos or sailfert. Ive used both, but Im finding that the elos kit is about 40-60ppm lower everytime I test

I use ELOS, btw.

i use salifert and before brought a sample to an lfs that used elos and both were about the same only off by 10ppm with the elos 430ppm salifert 420ppm elos

Im not saying its inaccurate, Im only trying to find out what everyones opinions are on the two test kits. If one is more accurate than the other so to say. That way Ill stick to whats best for my tank

I've had salifert kits that read a good 100 PPM high. Never had a problem with elos.

come to think of it, Im using sailfert for alk rite now and thats a bit on the high side at 12.9 dkh
