Chaeto and chemi pure

I'm wondering if chemi pure would starve out my chaeto,i don't have any problem algae in my tank but I wanted to clear up my water, it's mostly clear but has a slight haze and it's driving me crazy

Chemi pure is carbon and GFO (if you're using chemi pure plus) it should not starve out the chaeto.

I was using chemi-pure when I first started. Chaeto grew fine. It's cheaper to just mix some carbon and GFO

yeah but I like to establish a ton of pods in my tank, thanks for the help
