Challice Melting

Growing Pains

I noticed a small patch after i moved it a few days ago. I thought i bumped it against a rock and that area was damed. It has spread rapidly. I moved this challice all over the tank in the last 2 years. No matter where i placed it, it continued to thrive. No changes has been made for months. I took the whole rock out and dipped in melafix 2 days ago, that didnt seem to help. Anyone ran into this b4?

Anyone have a tool in the boston area i can cut the infected off to stop the spread?

Dremel with a diamond blade works in a pinch. I have the clubs coral saw but more than likely won't be around until Sunday

Damn. That stinks. I am happy you seemed to have stopped it. I have noticed that when my Mag gets low my chalice do not like it. And I pretty much never test Mag!
