You're getting ripped off. This guy calls it wholesale pricing but he's making money off of you, on top of having you pay fees and shipping. Wholesale pricing is about 20-50% less than what he's quoting. Take it from someone in the biz. If he's not a store and is pulling some "maintenance" gig to get "wholesale" pricing whoever he's getting his stock from is shady. There are no reputable wholesalers that will sell to a phony business. They all require a physical commercial address. If you try it out just be careful and keep your expectations low. PayPal is shady enough. I dont recommend paying cash for sure.
