Cloudy tank

Hey guys. New tank about 3-4 weeks. Its crazy cloudy and just happened 2-3 days ago. Any ideas or will it clear up on its own. Running carbon currently.

Crazy film algea after one day and its all over the rock and sand. Only where the light hits.

Either a power head stired the sand up or something spawned in the tank
