clown fairy wrasse dont look too hot

just opened up the box and he is pale and not moving much even after floating him for 25 mins. Think he will pull through, bag was freezing cold?

I just put a air stone in the bucket I was dripping it in and he sprung to life. Guess he was not packed with o2 pumped in the bag.

ordered from NY aquatics. The heat pack was not hot anymore when i got it

UPDATE: it is out and about in the tank and looks healthy and active

I will never be ordering from said dealer again, i received a different species of wrasse than i thought. (looks nothing like the pic on the website) Also after i realized this i checked the website again to make sure i was not going crazy and the 3 pages of "reef safe wrasses" is gone and there are only 4 or 5 available now. the sailfin jumped into the overflow a few weeks back and got stuck between the glass top and the overflow grates
