Coral Feeding

Just curios what everyone else uses. I target feed Reefroids mixed with coral gumbo once a week. Then turn on the pumps and let the excess move through the tank. what products do other folks like.

Reef roids sparingly over here as I have a small volume of water. Other than that fish poop.
