came across this colony a friend of mine had in his tank and he gave me a nice colony and 2 frags for something i had that he liked in my tank..
i'm not sure but it looks like a Lokani 30000k and i just figured why not share it with everyone so i can get a positive ID on these beautiful looking pieces..
here's the mother that started dying on him after a week in his tank until he realized the salinity was 0.018.....

here's the what we saved from the massacre and what now belongs to me...

starting to turn somewhat green but the tips are still kinda purple..

Acropora loripes

30000 league lokani is a specific coral with specific lineage so unless you bought it as such from a reputable source it is not 30000 league lokani.

With that being said it looks like acropora loripes to me also

yeah i did some research on aussie acro's and i found the loripes and nasuta are very similar to each other but it is the loripes..thanks guys hopefully she grows fast bcuz i have a feeling it's gonna be pretty bad a--...
