What are differences between them plus pros and cons of both, are performance around the same. Which one is quieter and which would be better for a 38g setup.

and like them equally well.

really like what im lookin to spend in the 100 area with like 150 max for a HOB skimmer it dont have to be new i will take one in a used condition what are some of your suggestions.
