I’d like to gauge interest in custom stand building wants/needs. I work with melamine and laminates for the most part, therefore fairly unlimited options for finish colors/textures. I like where your mind is at, but I have to agree with Cooper2. I’d consider a name change if you’re going to be selling people stands.

Hey I’m all about a good laugh, I just think it gives a negative impression. That being said I think some fellow reefers on here would be interested. It took me a little while to find a stand for one of my tanks. I haven’t seen or heard of anyone on here selling custom made quality stands. I have seen people build their own, but haven’t seen anybody selling them. I’ll be following along to see what other members say. Good luck!

I am going to have to skin my 80/20 stand soon. I have the hardware to mount the panels but am not decided yet on what panels to use. do you have any neat melamine or laminate tricks for attractive panels to skin a stand?

calciumbuff on here built my stand almost ten years ago. He did a great job. I only knew about him from another reefer on here. Would be nice to see someone else with talent start building them locally.
