i don't know if it is too far for you, but there is a company called Palco(sp?) Plastics on Rte 18 in Whitman Ma. I gave them a crude drawing of my design with exact measurements and they did it in one day for about 120. The gentleman I spoke with wasn't too familiar with marine aquariums but did take the time to listen to me as to what i was looking for and what i needed it to do. He claims he had built several custom acrylic tanks before. The workmanship was awesome. Very neat and clean and done to exact specs. Hope this helps.
