Been having an issue with some nuisance algae on my sand bed, can anyone confirm what this is, I believe it is some type of diatom.

Thanks, looks possibly like pennate from the document you attached. I tried to focus a little bit more on the video at the 20 second mark. They seem quite mobile so now I’m wondering if it’s actually a diatom.
