alright so i have the LED wired up to the Driver but they wont turn on and i have voltage out of the driver... any reason for this its a 60w driver and i have 20 3w LEDs wired to it

In my experience the #1 culprit of this is a bad connection at one of the solder points. Use the check function on your multimeter. Has a graphic like this: -->|--
If its check 350ma dc it will make the led glow softly when you check the circuit.

check this with the power on or off?

alright now i get them to turn on but they flash on and off? this is crazy

if they flash on and off your milliamps may be too low. I have to take apart the actual driver and tune an internal pot to get this to the right ma, or they will flash on and off when dimming to their lower values.

Definitely test continuity when they are off only!

with meanwell drivers the flashing means the driver is in protect mode, ushualy to many or to little led's, an led may be shorted to the heatsink by a solder blob or a stray strand of wire if you used stranded wire

yup, all of these are great points. also check to see if you have solder that melted down onto the heatsink or another one of the terminals

i got it working it was to little LEDs so i added a couple and it works solid now

I will be working on a DIY thread today or tomorrow :)
