Kickin it old school. I learned this from the history channel. Lol!
Step 1- obtained cad file from internet and purchased solar tube material from homedepot

Step 2- transfer onto cardboard for template and transfer onto aluminum

Step3- cutout pieces and make bends

Step4- pop rivet together

Step5- use hole saw to make mogul opening

Summary- it costs about $35 in materials and estimated 1.5 hours per reflector. I will remove all the protective tape on the reflector when I am ready to install on my tank. 120 in wall DIY is forthcoming.
