Favorite fish

Just wondering who has a favorite fish? My long horned cowfish is mine. The little guy has survived a jammed power head which overed the tank while I was away on vacation. He also got stuck to a power head while I was at MACNA. He lost the end of his fin which has grown back. I have rearranged the power head to prevent this again hopefully. I love watching him and the cat have staring contests.

Wrasse... almost any kind. Great personality. Though... I love watching triggers move around. Oh... and onyx clowns....like the ones I want to steal from Neo! Oh.. now you're gonna make me choose!!!

Puffers and cowfish. I just love how puffers like to stare back at you and seem happy for any attention you give them. Plus, they are just so darn funny looking they make you smile.

I had a clownfish that would try to catch bubbles in the overflow box, and left face prints in the algae. I almost brought home a Puffer that was so cool, but I think he would make lunch out of my cleaner shrimp.

Pygmy angels are my favorites.

Aqua Addicts has this really nice small angel.. red with stripes.. anybody know what it is? I forgot the name.

Mine is my Niger Trigger. Likes to host in my green star polyps. If you put your finger on the glass likes to be scratched thru the glass,or so it would seem.

Does the trigger nip at corals and do you shrimp? I start my salt tank because I wanted a clown trigger, but once my tank turned into a reef I had to remove the trigger from my list.

My Tank Raised (store Bought)banggai Cardinal
Cobra1858 The Marine Fishes Book Has Reef Aquarium Compatibility Section And The Niger Seems To Be A 50/50 Risk On Snails And Cleaner Shrimp But It Says Its Harmless To Corals

about niger triggers, some can be very peaceful and some can be a very mean and anywhere in between. if you want to have a trigger in a reef tank, the niger, crosshatch blue throat, pink tail, and sargssum triggers are some of the more "reef safe" choices. that being said i would not put a trigger in a tank with shrimp, or clams b/c they will be eaten.

I have a few favorites....my Niger Trigger, my tiny Hippo Tang and probably my Scooter Dragonet...last but not least would be my percs... :)

Reefsmurf, that's a golden angel. I was just at AA and if I hadn't had
previous bad experiences with centropyge angels in a reeftank,
I'd have bought that fish. I agree, it's a beautiful fish.

I was gonna guess it was a Wantanabi angel.
