What and how often should I feed zoanthids, green star polyps and yellow polyps?

Thanks

GSPs and zoas generally don't need to feed. (GSP's don't directly capture food that I know of, and it's questionable with zoas IIRC).

The yellow polyps will eat just about anything, just about as often as you feel like feeding them.

I generally feed my tanks mysis and cyclopeeze and just let them feed on their own from the water, I do not think it is necessary to spot(or directly) feed the GSP, zoas or yellow polyps. I do notice my zoas closing up after feeding the tank..so I assume they are well fed given their growth and behavior.

I feed my zoos with phytofeast and cyclopeeze as well. I've tried quite a few things but they seem to respond best with phytofeast added.

even if gsp did spot feed don't do it that stuff grows like a weed
