Truthfully boredom? LOL I have had every other light except T5's so I figured why not. Maybe a tank of the quarter 2017, I am trying to take my time and do it right.

Thanks Michelle, if they don't sell a ton of these tanks they are doing something wrong. I am not saying it because it's mine, but I think it's one of the nicest tanks around. For the price you cannot go wrong. I had so many issues getting this tank here you wouldn't believe me if I told you. I got it from Greg at UW and he was great, I got a great price and even better service. Yes Greg if you see this that is a plug. LOL Seriously though he will agree that it was a long road, but well worth it. Every tank I have had, I didn't like something about it, but this one will keep me happy for awhile. I think?

No. This was part of a pre order. I think Greg said he ordered them in October or November and I had seen something online about them in Jan. I called around and talked to Greg in Feb, or beginning of March and put a deposit on them. They were supposed to be out the end of February but that never happened. If you are looking for a smaller size Greg had some. The good part for me was they gave you a discount on the pre order and when they didn't deliver they still honored it. I see these tanks online and they say out of stock and they are still $5-700 more than I paid. A lot of people will say give me a deposit I can get it but they were saying after the first wave was sold they were going to looking at a September October delivery date on the second wave.

He had a 350 in Black but that was a couple weeks ago. I don't know if it was for sale or keeping it for the store.

Now that's funny. Since I bought the CG 40 rimless, starfire tank I don't think I could have another rimmed tank. the simplicity and cleanness of it is so appealing.

I agree I don't think I would ever buy a rimmed tank unless it was in a wall. Although the one at the Love the Reef in the back is very nice. I think with the rounded trim it doesn't look bad.

I cannot believe the pain this has been I want everything perfect, and I am having issue after issue, and second guessing myself. I just want this thing filled, and running. The one good thing is this is silent. With the DC return pump, and skimmer, and the QDs, no sound at all. On the other side one of the QDS needs to go back, and my Apex display is screwed up. After plumping my chiller in, I decided to move it out of the stand, it would get to hot.
