Foods - brand preferences?

Just curious as to what brands of foods (flake, granules, frozen, etc) everyone uses for their reef fish? Any you would stay away from?

I like the formula 2 sinking pellets, San Francisco Bay Brand ;
Frozen Mysis Shrimp, Brine Shrimp, multi pack (clams,squid ect.)

STAY away from the Ocean Nutrients formula frozen 2 it does not fall apart when unfrozen, big PIA and non of the fish liked it. nasty stuff, gelatin based. blegh

My only advice is to check the nutritional info on the packaging. I've noticed some frozen foods can vary significantly from brand to brand.

Had the same experience with Ocean Nutrition Frozen Formula 2. Keep clear of it!

I like New Life Spectrum Marine Formula 1 mm Sinking pellets (da fish n clean up
crew seem to like it also). Also, mysis and sometimes Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 flakes.
