Frag grow out tank

So, I am just putting this out there for comment. Glasscages has a 24" x 24" x 8" glass tank that they will put a corner overflow with two holes in for $75. Shipping (on their truck) to Boston is about $40, so other than the plumbing, pump, sump and stand, I start off at $220 with a nice grow out display tank project. I know it's cheating, but I'm a newbie, so I leave the tough stuff to the pros (or Doherty). Any concerns or tips? TIA, Don

Get yourself a free tank off here. Cut it up and silicone it back together whichever way you want. There's a thread of somedoing it right now.

I would think a standard aga/aqueon tank might be a cheeper way to go.
If ya got the cash flow then go with the glass cages.

The diy reclycled glass is by far the cheapest route.

Good luck
