fraging sun polyps?

well i did a search and i just couldnt find anything

i was wondering how to go about doing it


my sun coarls are like rediculous on this little rock..they are starting to grow underneath the rock kinda..and its getting really hard to feed them

and there is a lot of little new heads popping up in between the bigger ones


so what should i do??

do i rip off the polyps and glue them to another rock or something

i picked up a good frag with 10ish polyps for 20 bucks but i've heard people selling them for 5 dollars a polyp.

I thought that if the polyps were interconnected, feeding one of them was like feeding them all. Am I incorrect?

i was told that you have to feed every head....

sometimes the heads arent even connected..mine just are

If they are connected I think they all share food.

yeah i want to know this too, does every head need to be feed? because sometimes its hard to get them all a bite of food.

I am pretty certain that if they are connected, feeding one feeds all. Maybe after the holiday some more experienced members will comment...

i kinda want to separate them..so they are not all in a bunch..make them spread out and get bigger
