Gone - Dry Goods Free generator (sort of)

I have a 10-15 year old Champion 4000W peak and 3500W running generator that is free for the taking in Ipswich preferably by tomorrow before lunch.

Catch is it didn't run for me today and now the pull string is stuck and I can't pull it anymore. It probably needs a tune up as well but for anyone that knows what they're doing it'll be a great generator and it used to run my whole house minus tank heaters (have gas stove and dryer so low electrical load)
