I ordered mine I think on thursday last week. Yesterday I received an e-mail from buy.com saying that the product was no longer available. I guess they caught on to us.

I got a message saying its not available & my order was canceled too. I'm quit mad & have written them about this. I'm sorry but I feel they should be shipped out in the order they were placed, not pick & chose!

Sorry all. I didn't realize this was going to happen.

I don't think "Arrival at Unit" == "Delivered"

I've got the same thing...

Added...

Ah...

"* indicates data from USPS"

Looks like it's handed off to the postal service for the last mile.

With apologies to those who couldn't get one, I win.
Because of that, my victory dance is bittersweet.

The batteries in the device were DOA. Good thing they included a free backup pair of batteries.

I tested my well water from the, 105 PPM.

Their water purity chart indicates that's at "bottled water" level.

0-50: RO/DI water
50-150: Bottled Water
150-400: Tap Water
500-1000: Well Water

Here's proof, with the snow in the background to datestamp it. (I don't have today's paper ;))

Damn! Beat again. Why aren't you at work?

LOL
Wow a cold cup of coffee=well water quality.
Cool, sounds like it works pretty good.
Do you have any RO water to check?

I am at work. I work from home.

Cold cup of coffee, cream and sugar, 4 hours old... 768ppm
Filtered water from my fridge 56ppm

I'll get back to you on the yellow snow. Waiting for it to melt.

56 ppm on filtered water. Is that filtered with one of those Brita filters? (Expensive carbon filter). Try testing some spring water.

Our local tap water in Methuen is around 110ppm.

No not Brita. It's the replaceable filter built into my Kenmore fridge.

Poland Spring: 15 ppm

this is fun.

added...

tankwater: 999+ off the charts

Just be careful,I guess some of the cheaper models aren't very waterproof.

Got the email notice that I will Not be getting my TDS meter:(
