Fuzzy White Fin Spots

MAH BALL
I just noticed these large fuzzy fin spots on my tang's fins. Is this ich? Or is it some other diease? What should I do?

Probabaly ich, at worst brook. But probably just ich, feed with garlic and it should go away.
