Shawn,I'm getting a crooked neck looking at your photos.lol
I hope to frag that meteor shower in a little while.

Sorry I sent a few through Tap talk. They were right when I looked at them. I guess I will have to start putting pics on through Photobucket again lol.

Your new Sabae is beautiful!

Thanks. Yes it is beautiful. After the clowns went in it, it started moving into the rocks. So I dug a hole in the sand in front of a rock and it seems to be staying. The clowns are going into it still. I guess we'll have to see if it stays put now

Well after the clowns hosted the Nem it started to move further into the rocks :( I watched it for awhile but it was just disappearing from view. So I moved a rock and dug a hole in the sand bed and what do you know he stayed. The clowns went right into it after the move and are very happy. I tried digging the hole because I had done it before with my Carpet Nem. I dug a spot out and went under a rock a bit and he stayed there until I broke the tank down.

The anemone is a Sebae(Heteractis crispa). It belongs on the sand where it can dig its foot and bury it under the sand.

Yes Thanks I have put it on the bottom. It seems to be staying put so far.

Generally, people would bash you for putting an anemone in such a newly cycled tank. This is especially true if you hang in the anemone dedicated forum. Some say you have to wait for at least 6-8months for the tank to mature before you can keep any anemone.
The anemone seems to be in good shape. Take care of your water and it'll do well. Sebae are generally hardy anemone but often get bleached during shipping. There's no such thing as white sebae anemone. It's just a bleached sebae due to shipping. As the health improves, the tentacle will get darker to a greyish color. And be prepare to either move it out or dedicate your whole tank to it. Sebae can get very large and take a lot of real estate in the tank when those long tentacles.
