Glass hole saw

Im looking to buy a glass hole saw. Where do you buy them, and what size do you use for 1, 1 1/2, fittings?

For standard bulkheads or heavy duty/sch80 bulkheads? (sch 80 bulkheads need a slightly larger hole)

Many Tile warehouses (ex:Tile Showcase- Natick) carry various sizes. Also check with your local Fish Store, they may have some to buy or borrow.
If your looking to only do a few holes you can borrow mine for 1-1/2" Sched40 PVC fittings.

No worries, I was expecting the PM. You can borrow my bit for a regular 1.5" bulkhead, but I'm concerned that my 1" is worn out.

Thanks for the offer guys. I am going to be drilling a 75, and was going to drill 4 holes. Its going to be a winter project and after the weather this week I think I need to get started.

Why 4 holes? Lots of holes and the glass starts wanting to play connect the dots

I was going to try and do a Bean drain, and then one for the return.

Right. Just remember to space the holes out, 1.5X min of the hole diameter between the holes is frequently reccomended.
