Test Kits(IMO)and from what others have mentioned.

API= good
Salifert,Elos= the best for titration test kits,so far.

And trust me,having a crappy test kit will cost you a whole lot more money.
It's like driving a race car at night with no headlights.

FYI - I have been using the API for Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrates and will be using Elos for Nitrates due to the color changes is so hard to see.
