The BS80 are just larger... by 1.4" over the BS70... but generally the same cutting power. No advantage. They are bigger and tougher to maneuver inside the tank (if you're fragging in tank).

I have the BSC45 and the BS70. The smaller ones (BSC45) are great for small, tough spots, or very dense corals... and the 7 inchers (BS70) have good cutting power for stags and larger SPS without too much bulk.
