Gyres in a 4' 120g

looking to put 2 jeabo gyres in my 120. What size would you guys get for a mixed sps heavy tank

I have a maspect f330 and f350 on my 90 and plenty of flow at 40 percent. You could do 2 f350 at 70 percent.
