He has sharp pointy teeth

It has poisonous spines on it's back.......but the bite sent the guy to the hospital?

Hmmmmmmmm................ahhhh it's from Faux News.....

Hey you two, don't make me move this to the lounge. You better be talking about foxfaces, not foxnews. :p

A rabbit sending someone to the hospital is pretty rare in the hobby I think. Hmmm, Maybe I should be a little more careful since I have two in the tank  I wonder what happened for the guy to end up stung?

I was just thinking the same thing as I have one as well. My foxface now that I've had him for a couple years tends to ignore me at this point and stay away. When I first got him if I went into the tank he would change to the mottled colors and raise his fins.

wait a second.... they need sharp pointy teeth for algae/nori???

I had a foxface before I changed my tank around, and it NEVER went near my hands!

To scrape, yes.
Some vegetables are strong, have you ever tried gumming celery? :)

I have heard that people sometimes get stung when the fish jumps or falls when you are transferring them and you grab them without thinking. I can see that happening, but have not seen any sort of behaviour where I thought I would get stung. They don't really seem to use the venom as a weapon, but more as a stop eating me defence.
