The red foot makes me think yes. @Greg Hiller didn’t you have a ritteri? What do you think?

The blunted tips and also the absence of a ridge at the edge where the disc and tentacles meet I would say yes it is a H. Magnifica. Also the fact that the foot is not buried in a crevice and it is attached on the surface of the rock.
