help sick fish id needed to diagnose

I got a 6-line fri and today he looks like this. White fin/gill only one side. Hes hanging out bottom being lazy and didnt eat when i put food in. He was fine till today ate good and all then i come home to this any ideas? I did test water parameters are good, zeros where they need to be. other fish is mandrin and doing good.
