help with bubble trap/baffels

I am making myself a new sump out of a 20gallon long tank. my main display is 45 gallons and i hope to get about 450 gph of flow thru the sump. this sump will contain 2 return pumps and 2 reverse dursos only. i just need a quick drawing or description of a bubble trap that will work for me, thanks!

This is an older picture of a 20 long I ran for a while. The over/under/over bubble traps works pretty well.
