Help with critter (maybe) ID ?

I am 5 weeks post cycling my new 90 gallon DT. 4 days ago I added a cleanup crew that did a great job at algae and diatom removal.

I now see these very regularly white, raised dots both on my overflow wall as well as on some of my live rock. I was hoping this might be the start of some coralline algae growth but they seem too regular in size. Are they snail eggs or something else? I attach some photos with a Nerite snail posing alongside to give you an idea of size.

Any ID help would be appreciated! Thank You!

They look like they can be eggs but i dont know of what though

I agree ... eggs. Do those snails always hang around that same spot? Since you don't have any fish in there to eat them, maybe you can hatch them. People are always looking for more CUCs.

Snail eggs.
