Have a quick question:
just re-wired my 250w Odyssea with a 250w MH IC ballast. I know for a fact that all the wiring has been done correctly as everything fired PERFECTLY on the very first boot.
however, on the 2nd boot my bulbs are not firing. i had turned off the ballst/fixture 1 hour after first boot and then waited 30-60 min to restart the fixture.
The ballast buzzes which is a good thing and i can see some faint activity in the bulb itself but the bulb does not fire.
both the fixture and ballast are grounded. i have also replaced the lamps as well and the same exact thing happens.
when i use the phoenix bulb there is a faint blue tint to it and it does not fire.
any ideas?
