Here we go again....
So it's been about a year and a half since I sold my 210 and I am ready to get back in but at a slightly less water volume. This is my 20 long. Not drilled, no sump and no frills. I will probably run this for a while until I upgrade, but I wanted to start growing out some corals now. Maybe just softies with lots of Zoa garden space. We shall see. Anyway, here you go, the tank was born on 8/19/2013. I will keep updating as the tank makes progress. It's good to be back in!

Still got the reef bug eh? Lol
What's your plan for this tank?

The reef bug never really leaves for long. I will probably do 1 or 2 show piece fish and softies/LPS/Zoas. I won't be upgrading for a while but wanted to start growing out corals now.

Good to be back Yuk. Seems you picked up a bit of an Acan habit I see. Nice bro!

Good to see you back!

Thanks! How's your upgrade coming? I miss having a big tank.

Oh man! You sound like my wife (kidding). She ask the same question and has even authorized the expenditure for finishing the cellar.

Between work and a ill father I really do not find much free time for myself lately. What free time I do have is spent with the woman I love.

It will happen as and when time permits. I really only need to purchase the lights, powerhead and heaters at this point.

As you know this is not the type of hobby where you rush things. Measure twice and cut once.

Horribly blurry pic....

Let the addiction begin! Or I should say let the coral relapse happen!

Agreed, those Zoas look nothing like they did in my tank...do you have the ability to control the led's by channel? Just curious what effect the change in spectrum would have on them.

I have it built with 2 banks of LED's. Each driver controls CW, RB and UV LED's. No lenses. The only difference is that one driver also controls one red and one green LED. I have them on a 10 hour cycle of 1/2 hour ramp up, 9 hours @ 50% and then another 1/2 hour ramp down. I have a frag of Tubbs Blue in addition to your blues and both are looking great.

Well the tank is just over a month old and here are a couple of shots....

The undata and blowpop zoa's are looking good! I see they look a lot more like they did in my tank now.
