I started this 40gal breeder in October and am planning on making it a reef. I’ve a lot to learn, but getting there.

Welcome! Its helpful to get the tank established for a while with fish before you get coral!

Yep! It’s hard to be patient. My water is stable, but I’m still fine-tuning the hardware.
My BTA is happy, but he’s still new too.
I’ll probably start with softies, although I have the lighting and flow to accommodate SPS.

I think so. Bought it secondhand, but by the measurements it seems to be. Funny though, I was under the impression when I bought it that it was 60gal. Good thing I measured, my chemistry calculations would have been WAY off.
