how do get rid of bubbles

In my tank i have a ton of bubbles is there cause and a way to get rid of them

Usually from the skimmer. Sumps sometimes have a foam block to catch bubbles.

If your skimmer output is close to the return pump without any baffles between them, it will cause microbubbles.
If your powerhead is mounted too high up, it will suck air and causes microbubbles.
