How do I put a fuge in a stock tub sump?

Hi all-

Have my 90g tank with a 29g sump underneath in the stand. Now we're planning out the basement sump- 100g rubbermaid stock tank and the whole area around it for QT tank, making RODI and salt water, and drainage. Laying some things out and trying to decide how to run a fuge for macro etc. Is there a way to have the fuge actually sit in the sump and control the flow? Or do you have to plump a loop off the return into a separate tank and have that flow through and return to the sump? Trying to save some room and not take up the space for my QT tank with a fuge tank if possible. How have others done it?? Any ideas appreciated and pix would be awesome!
Thanks! -Danny

I have a refugium/DSB that is a 40 breeder next to (and above) my 150G basement sump. I feed it with my heater loop from my return tank, but it flows through my 15g chaeto fuge first.....
